In this small, hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of making
fluffy pillow like gnocchi using classic flavours and fresh
ingredients. All produce used is local and seasonal in keeping
with the Italian style.
You will learn two types of gnocchi:
Cauliflower Gnocchi with kale pesto.
Tuscan Gnudi spinach and ricotta with sage, lemon pinenut butter sauce.
