From Melbourne Institutions, to Michelin Stars, to the Macedon Ranges…

Through extensive travels and expertise gained over the past 25 years, Life & Forks founder Erica has accumulated a staggering repertoire of dishes based on classical and world cuisines.

Her drive and enthusiasm to never stop learning have guided her from the iconic Stokehouse & Big Mouth in St Kilda to the highest heights of fine dining, cooking for the Queen Mother at Cliveden House – she has lived experiences in the food industry that most of us can only dream about.

Erica’s resume includes working with Marco Perrier White, Eric Chavot, Jean Georges Vongerichten (The Vong) and cooking for the likes of Sir Elton John, Madonna, Bill Gates, Sir Bob Geldof, Tom Hanks, Prince Harry, Prince William and Sir Richard Branson to name just a few.

Now based in Woodend with her family—with a Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Arts and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment behind her—Chef Erica is the perfect resource to teach you and your children how to make delicious yet healthy meals and eat well in your everyday life.

With personal and professional experience in the area, Erica has a particular passion for teaching children with special needs, offering lunchtime programs and school incursions as a vehicle to facilitate socialisation and teach healthy and affordable cooking skills for life.
