At Life and Forks kids’ cooking classes, we’re passionate about empowering children with the skills to create nutritious and delicious meals they can enjoy and share for life.
Our holiday program dives into the exciting world of cultural cooking, where kids will learn to prepare dishes from Italy, France, and Asia. Beyond the kitchen, we’ll
explore where our food comes from and how our choices can make a positive difference for people and our planet.
Under the guidance of experienced instructors, children will develop a range of culinary skills, building their confidence, expanding their food knowledge, and broadening their palates. This series of classes aims to lay a foundation for healthy cooking habits and cultivate a joyful connection with food.
