An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating until February 22, 2024
Focus on exploration of vegetables. develop mindful eating and how to prepare
food in a mindful way.
In doing so we will break down food ingredients, learn how to use a knife
to make a variety of salads relating to the particular vegetable, whilst
building on our foundation of skills.
Discuss the concept of an adventurer and how children are food adventurers.
Focus on encouraging children to see how they are already adventurers, to be curious.
Over these 4 weeks we will also look at how to be more mindful in the kitchen,
what does this look like.
Each little thing you do to improve your level of awareness in the kitchen
helps to increase the pleasure you get from your meals.
