This engaging express class combines demonstration and hands-on practice, guiding you through the simple yet exquisite art of handmade pasta. You’ll learn to create pasta dough with both egg and semolina, mastering techniques by hand and with a pasta machine. Prepare for a taste sensation – once you’ve made your own handmade pasta, there’s no turning back! Suitable for all skill levels, you’ll craft two iconic pasta dishes: elegant tagliatelle (made with a machine) and flavorful ricotta and spinach ravioli.
