Using the freshest ingredients, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create silky dough by hand and shape delicious Pici and Cavatelli. Once you taste your own handmade pasta, you’ll be hooked! With a maximum of 8 participants, you’re guaranteed an intimate and supportive learning environment. Absolutely no prior experience is necessary, making this culinary adventure accessible to everyone.
