At Life and Fork, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn how to cook nutritious and delicious food, allowing them to enjoy it and share it with others throughout their lives.
Our children’s classes are designed to celebrate the excitement and diversity of cultural cooking. Through our engaging holiday program series, children will learn to create dishes from Italy, France,
and various regions of Asia. Additionally, they will gain an understanding of where our food comes from and how our culinary choices can positively impact both people and the environment.
Guided by experienced instructors, children will develop a variety of skills, building their confidence, culinary knowledge, and palate while fostering a positive attitude towards food. This series of classes aims to provide a foundation for healthy cooking and new ways to engage with food.
