Kids afterschool cooking class
May 10at 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The guided hands on class introduce children to
new flavours and textures whilst incorporating science
and developing their social skills.
Each week a dish will be cooked where we will boil,
strain, sauté, blanch, mash or steam. Making stocks,
soups, sauces and a whole lot more from a variety of
cultures such as Italian, French and Asian. We will cook
foods from salads,seafood , braises to steaks and
of course desserts.
