If it’s good enough for the Queen…

Through extensive travels and expertise gained over 25 years, Erica has accumulated a staggering repertoire of dishes based on classical and world cuisines—and an enthusiasm to never stop learning.

Working at the highest level—from Michelin-starred restaurants in London to cooking for the Queen Mother at Cliveden House; from to the iconic Stokehouse to the trendy Big Mouth in St Kilda—she has been and seen in the food industry what most of us can only dream about.

Her experience includes working with Marco Perrier White, Eric Chavot, Jean Georges Vongerichten (The Vong) and cooking for the likes of Sir Elton John, Madonna, Bill Gates, Sir Bob Geldof, Tom Hanks, Prince Harry, Prince William and Sir Richard Branson to name just a few.

Now based in Woodend with her family—with a Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Arts and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment behind her—she’s the perfect resource to teach you and your children how to make delicious yet healthy meals and eat well in your everyday life.

With personal and professional experience in the area, Erica has a particular passion for teaching children with special needs, offering lunchtime programs and school incursions as a vehicle to facilitate socialisation and teach healthy and affordable cooking skills for life.
